How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DogWOW → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DogWOW → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open DogWOW → Profile → Settings → "Restore purchases".

How do I delete my data?

Most data is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes it. For anything else, email us.

My dog doesn't react, is that normal?

Yes! DogWOW is just for fun. Every dog is different and some don't react at all. Try different sounds and have fun with it.
